Firestone Complete Auto Care

They told me my front brakes were shot, and new rotors were needed. They also told me that both tie rod ends were bad, and they recommended a complete new set of tires, when 2 of them were in almost new condition. Altogether they wanted over $4,000. for "recommended repairs". I took my work truck to a competitor and found that the brakes were in great condition, and only 1 tie rod end had an issue. The competitor got me back on the road very well for about 10% of what Firestone wanted to charge, mostly for bogus work!

Do you want to meet the nicest person ever? Come to Firestone to work with Jerry. He was very sweet and patient while i had an emotional breakdown about my car breakdown 🙃 i expressed that i was stressed and needed to get to Oregon by EOD and the team got to work with extreme urgency and had me out the door in 45 min. Y'all are amazing ❤️

Kind friendly service. I got the same day appointment. They have a welcoming area to sit in. While you wait, they offer free popcorn and coffee to enjoy.

I had a great experience at Firestone Tire Shop. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. I came in with a tire issue, and not only did they take care of it quickly, but they also patched it up for free, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find that level of honesty and customer care these days. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future tire or service needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

This is honestly the last place I wanted to come to leave a bad review, but at this point I’m being ignored and have no other choice. The shop fully admitted they damaged my rim during my service and then sent me on my way without saying a word. I didn’t even find the damage until the next day. When I called, they already knew exactly what I was talking about and told me to get a quote so they could submit a claim. I did exactly that. The claim was submitted… and now? Silence. The claims representative (Chad) has completely stopped responding to my calls and emails, and nothing is being done to fix the damage they admitted to causing. I’m not sure how a company can take full responsibility and then just completely ignore you. This is my final attempt to get someone’s attention before I move forward with legal action. Claim #2961702 so you can pull the claim to contact me.
